Jaimes McNeal

With a professional career that spans more than twenty years, Jaimes began with aspirations of playing classical clarinet in world-renown orchestras, but he soon found his life’s real calling beyond the edge of the concert stage.

Jaimes served as a corporate instructor providing systems training for Fortune 100 and 500 companies in the greater Chicago area. It was in this capacity that he worked in key interface roles with “then” industry giants and Wang Laboratories, IBM, Olivetti and Kyocera.

His background in music, systems and education opened countless doors that offered opportunities to include a wide range of professional associations and certifications. Over the years, he has served in pivotal leadership roles with companies such as Esteé Lauder, MTV Networks and Rotary International, as well as long-standing consulting relationships with nationally recognized names such as Equifax, US Postal Service and Fifth Third National Bank. His professional associations have included ASTD, NAACP (ACT-SO Program), Rensellearville Institute and countless other non-profit organizations.

Jaimes has traveled, lived and worked extensively across the globe. He believes that…each of us has unlimited power to have our lives turn out according to our own designs no matter who we are, where we began or what obstacles stand in our way.
